another portrait of Eidolon

I'm quite pleased with this one, altho it took weeks to get to a point that satisfied me (just as well kept all the elements of the first pic on seperate levels, too).

Eidolon's species are, in all human terms, monsters. They have no redeeming features whatsover. Sure, they're loyal to the Hive - but only out of fear. They enjoy their work - which is scouting out new worlds and determining the best ways to destroy and eat the biosphere. They learn fast - by eating live brains.


The pic was originally going to have a model instead of a mannikin, but I decided the mannikin was more disturbing. :)

I like the mannequin too. It reminds me of Hans Bellmer's stuff, which is awesome.

I think you might really like his artwork, too. You should look him up sometime. Totally worth the effort.
